The Elemental Bound Chest [27.9, 25.6] starts the Trial of the Elements scenario in the Primalist Future of Thaldraszus.
Interact with the chest to start the scenario, then fend off a few waves of enemies, capping off with the boss Zurkharus.
On victory, open the Chest of the Elements for a 
[Dragon Isles Artifact], a 
[Titan Relic], and a chance at item level 379 armor or equipment.
Tracking quest
To check whether the chest has been looted this week, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(71995))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the chest has been looted this week; "false" indicates the opposite.
