Function

In exchange for 300 [Artifact Fragment], Ecilam will open a Mage Portal for the Alliance just north of the center of Ashran, which Alliance players can use to teleport back to Stormshield. The Portal has a guardian NPC, and is one-way only. Active Mage Portals are shown on the map as blue exclamation marks.
