The Dying Kodo has not much time life on this world and if not already at the Kodo Graveyard (in Desolace), they'll be heading there soon.

Using the 
[Kodo Kombobulator] this kodo can be tamed and brought to Smeed Scrabblescrew for the quest Kodo Roundup. Be quick, cause when a pack of them reach the graveyard, they'll despawn.
