Dust Devils are sandstorm elementals summoned by Sandbinder Sodir in Bonetrail Gulch in Vol'dun during Faction Assaults.
Abilities
Abrasion — The caster hits the target with abrasive sand, inflicting Physical damage to the target and reducing their defense for 8 sec, increasing the damage they take by 20%.
