Ducks In A Row is a dungeon & raid achievement earned by defeating the Council of Dreams after recruiting Sergeant Quackers to join the cause in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher.
This is done by locating Sergeant Quackers, sitting on a ledge on the left-hand side of the boss arena. He is 
Looking for Allies. By standing near him, and spreading Pip's 
Polymorph Bomb to a majority of the raid group, he will gain 
Birds of a Feather, and will "be recruited", jumping into the arena.
If this is done, and the encounter is completed, the achievement is awarded.
- Reward
[Sergeant Quackers] is awarded via mail, with the default "Curious Item" letter from Thaumaturge Vashreen.
