The ability to Dual Wield is learned from the shaman quest [6] Stalk With The Earthmother.

Hotfix (2024-02-21): Offhand [Stormstrike] hits can now correctly trigger weapon procs, including [Windfury Weapon] and [Flurry].
Hotfix (2024-02-20): Now provides 50% bonus damage to your offhand weapon swings.
Hotfix (2024-02-16): Fixed an issue where the benefit of Dual Wield Specialization rune could be lost for Shamans when swapping weapon configurations.
Hotfix (2023-12-12): Now grants 10% increased chance to hit while dual-wielding (was 5%).
