Dreliana is a twilight dragon found in the Athenaeum in Blackwing Descent during the quest [50] Beginning the Descent. She accompanied Vexiona and Velinaria during the assault on Blackwing Descent. After being experimented on by a Darkwhisper Cultist, she is attacked by an adventurer accompanying Wrathion.
