Dregmar Runebrand, a male magnataur runemaster. He lives in a cave in Dragonblight and ventures out of it only to survey the landscape. His cave is strewn with the bodies of animals, some only half-eaten, suggesting a huge appetite. Confronting him is required for the quest 
[15-30G3] Reclusive Runemaster.
As a Rare Elite, Dregmar Runebrand patrols near the Ruby Dragonshrine in The Deaths of Chromie.

Abilities
Rune Shield — Protects the caster from all damage for 30 sec.
Brutish Charge — Rush to an enemy, inflicting 420 Physical damage and knocking back all targets within 12 yards.
