The Dread Grotto is a large Iron Horde ship port under the Blackrock Foundry. Access to this location is only possible by dropping down a large hole in the Foundry Terminus after defeating Operator Thogar.
The Iron Maidens oversee all operations in this area.
After defeating the Iron Maidens a gate to the right of the platform will open up revealing a quest from Goraluk Anvilcrack.
