Dragonmaw Whelpstealers are orcs of the Dragonmaw clan found across the Green Belt in the Wetlands. They are attempting to revive their old dragon-taming traditions by rounding up Ebon Whelps in nets, and can also be seen fighting Ebon Slavehunters. Huntress Iczelia wants them killed.[1]
Abilities

Whelp Call — Unleash a mock whelp call, confusing nearby enemies and rendering them unable to attack or cast spells for 2 sec.
