Dragonmaw? More Like Dragonfall! is an achievement earned from killing 5 Emberscale Ironflight before defeating Warlord Zaela in Upper Blackrock Spire on Heroic difficulty. The drakes spawn after Zaela runs away to jump onto a drake, so activate 
[Bloodlust]/
[Heroism] after that to nuke them down before they fly away.
