Dragonfin Angelfish can only be fished from the waters and schools of Borean Tundra and Dragonblight. 380 fishing skill is required to cast into a school, and 475 until fish won't get away.
Strategy
One of the best places to fish is Lake Indu'le because it has about four Dragonfin Angelfish Schools and a reasonable drop rate from open water fishing. When cooked, they produce very good food for melee classes, desirable to both DPS and tanks in dungeons and raids.
