- When you use a Holy Word spell, you have a chance to summon an image of a Naaru at your side. For 15 sec, whenever you cast a spell, the Naaru will cast a similar spell.
- Runecarve on: Head, Waist, Back
- Requires: Priest (Holy)

[Memory of a Divine Image].
Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-03-15):
- Divine Image's repertoire of spells are now 30% more effective and now have a slightly higher chance to appear when casting a Holy Word spell.
- Divine Image will no longer cast Dazzling Lights for each target hit by
[Prayer of Healing], 
[Holy Word: Sanctify], or 
[Circle of Healing].
- Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09):
- Now casts Searing Light when
[Shadow Word: Pain] or 
[Mindgames] (Venthyr Ability) are used, and casts 
[Holy Nova] when 
[Unholy Nova] (Necrolord Ability) is used. Additionally, if the Priest is crowd controlled while Divine Image is active, the image will cast single target healing spells on nearby low-hp allies. - Spell-mirroring cooldown removed (e.g. queueing a
[Shadow Word: Death] after a 
[Holy Fire] will now trigger 2 Searing Lights).
- Now casts Searing Light when
- Hotfix (2020-12-15): Divine Image will no longer cause other pets and guardians such as your Steward to attempt to cast spells.
