The Desert Mirage is a wraith found near Ratchet in the Barrens. When defeated in combat it will simply teleport a short distance away and restore itself to full health. It can only be killed by casting 
[Dispel Magic] or 
[Purge], which will cause it to instantly die.

Mirage Blink — Teleports the caster 20 yd. backward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
