Depths of Insanity is a conduit for fury warriors. It drops from Amarth in the Necrotic Wake and Halondrus in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It is also sold by Zo'sorg in Oribos for 200

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
