Deng-Tai is one of Warlord Kao's bodyguards and as such was present when his master resurrected by the Zandalari trolls. Under his master's command, Deng-Tai joined with the force of 500 Zandalari warriors ordered to destroy the Shado-Pan and their monastery under the command of Khal'ak. During the battle, he engaged in single combat with Vol'jin and after a brief but fierce fight was killed.[1]
