The Demon of the Orb is a felguard summoned by Tabetha in Dustwallow Marsh.
The demon was captured in an 
[Infernal Orb] by a Burning Blade summoner in Desolace. Because the orbs are of very high quality, they can be used for other purposes. However, you need to remove the demon first.
