Defias Strip Miners were level 18-19 humans of the Defias Brotherhood that could be found in the original Deadmines.
Abilities
Pierce Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 50% for 20 sec.
Strategy
Kill after Watchmen. They do the same amount of damage but they don't run away to bring friends.
Drops
They had a chance to drop 
[Blackened Defias Boots].
