Defias Henchmen are humans of the Defias Brotherhood that can be found attacking Sentinel Hill in Westfall. Before the Shattering they could be found in the Deadmines.
Abilities
Improved Blocking — Increases the caster's chance to block for 6 sec.
Leaping Cleave — Jumps at the target, inflicting 100% weapon damage to an enemy and its two nearest allies.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed from the Deadmines, now spawns in Sentinel Hill after 
[5-30] Rise of the Brotherhood. 
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): No longer elite.
