The Dawning Valley, also known as the Tranquil Valley,^[1] is a large valley in the north of the Wandering Isle. North of the valley lies the Shang-Xi Training Grounds, while the Wu-Song Village lies in the western part of the valley. To the south is the Dawning Stair, which leads to the Temple of Five Dawns.

The valley, while safe, is full of creatures causing mischief. Sprites have overturned a supply cart on its way to the training grounds, while hozen attempt to steal supplies from peaceful villagers.
