Dawnbringer Riyang is a pandaren who offers transport back and forth between the Seat of Knowledge in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and the dungeons of Scholomance, Scarlet Halls, and Scarlet Monastery (which cannot be physically accessed in Pandaria Remix due to being located outside Pandaria). He stands next to Lorewalker Fu and Shin (taking the place of Lorewalker Han) in the Seat of Knowledge, and just inside the entrance of each of the dungeons.
