Darwin is one of Archmage Xylem's apprentices who can be found attempting the Trial of Fire in Azshara.
He will dance stylishly each time he reaches a safe spot - which he never misses - and sometimes say something silly. Following Darwin's lead is a good way to get the achievement 
[Glutton for Fiery Punishment] as well as complete the quest 
[5-30] The Trial of Fire.

Notes
Darwin appears to be a reference to the Darwin Awards. According to the official description, "The Awards honor people who ensure the long-term survival of the human race by removing themselves from the gene pool in a sublimely idiotic fashion."
