Darnavan was sent by the Argent Crusade to infiltrate the Cult of the Damned but fell to Lady Deathwhisper's brainwashing. Now a true cultist, he'll attack you on the first mob wave during the Lady Deathwhisper encounter, but needs to stay alive for [80] Deprogramming. After killing Deathwhisper he will turn friendly.

Strategy

Darnavan uses different warrior abilities but doesn't hit that hard. He needs to be off-tanked for the whole fight.

Abilities

Bladestorm — In a whirlwind of steel you attack enemies within 8 yards, causing 50% of weapon damage.
Bladestorm — Instantly Whirlwind all nearby targets and for the next 8 sec you will perform a whirlwind attack every 1 sec. While under the effects of Bladestorm, you can move but cannot perform any other abilities but you do not feel pity or remorse or fear and you cannot be stopped unless killed.
Charge — Charge an enemy and stun it for 1.50 sec.
Charge Stun — Charge an enemy and stun it for 1.50 sec.
Intimidating Shout — The warrior shouts, immobilizing a target in fear for 8 sec.
Mortal Strike — A vicious strike that deals weapon damage plus 1000 and wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 10 sec.
Overpower — Instantly overpower the enemy, causing weapon damage plus 35. Only useable after the target dodges. The Overpower cannot be blocked, dodged or parried.
Retaliation — Instantly counterattack any enemy that strikes you in melee for 12 sec. Melee attacks made from behind cannot be counterattacked. A maximum of 20 attacks will cause retaliation.
Shattering Throw — Throws your weapon at the enemy causing weapon damage, reducing the armor on the target by 20% for 10 sec or removing any invulnerabilities.
Sunder Armor — Sunders the target's armor, reducing it by 4% per Sunder Armor and causes a high amount of threat. Threat increased by attack power. Can be applied up to 5 times. Lasts 30 sec.
Unrelenting Assault — When landing an Overpower on a player who is casting, reduces their magical damage and healing by 50% for 6 sec.
