Dark Rune Ravagers come paired with the Dark Rune Thunderers.
The Thunderers stack a debuff that increases nature damage taken, while the Ravagers stack a Sunder Armor for 5% per application.
They need to be rotated between tanks to avoid them getting one-shot when the debuffs stack high.
