Cursed Highborne are banshees of the Highborne night elves of Ameth'Aran that weren't saved by Athrikus Narassin after the Sundering. After the Cataclysm, they've moved to Bashal'Aran.
Abilities
Banshee Screech — Silences & disarms nearby enemies, preventing them from casting spells for 4 sec.
Curse of Shadows — Curses the target for 10 sec, increasing Shadow and Arcane damage taken by 100%.
