Cult Fanatics are members of the Cult of the Damned that appear during the fight against Lady Deathwhisper in Icecrown Citadel.

Abilities

Necrotic Strike — Strikes an enemy with a cursed blade, dealing 70% of weapon damage to the target and inflicting a lasting malady that negates the next X healing received.
Shadow Cleave — Inflicts Shadow damage to enemies in front of the attacker.
Vampiric Might — Empowers the caster with dark might, increasing all damage dealt by 25% and heals the caster for 300% of his damage dealt.
Dark Martyrdom — The caster surrenders to dark energies, exploding to deal Plague damage to all enemies within 8 yards, and leaving only skeletal remains behind. Turns the caster into a Reanimated Fanatic.
Dark Transformation — Transforms the recipient into an undead behemoth, significantly increasing size and damage dealt. Turns the caster into a Deformed Fanatic.
