The Cult Assassin can be found at The Black Knight's gravesite on the Argent Tournament Grounds with the Cult Saboteur. Players on the quest 
[25-30] The Black Knight's Curse interrupt the two cultists as they exhume The Black Knight in preparation for some future event.
- Cult Saboteur says: What do you think you're doing?
- Cult Saboteur says: You're too late to stop our plan.
- Cult Saboteur says: See to it that I'm not followed.
- Cult Assassin says: Gladly.
The saboteur then ports out, leaving players to deal with the now-hostile assassin.
Abilities
Expose Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 50% for 15 sec.
Sinister Strike — Inflicts 110% weapon damage to an enemy.
