Crazed Leper Gnomes are leper gnomes found wandering around the Train Depot in Gnomeregan.
Target Acquisition Devices will pick Crazed Leper Gnomes up and carry them off, presumably to be decontaminated. The leper gnomes can still be attacked when picked up.

Notes
- The Crazed Leper Gnomes that attack the S.A.F.E. Operatives are actually a different (but nearly identical) mob with a different NPC ID. These gnomes are hostile and only appear near the Old Dormitory and the Loading Room.
