Coven Diviner

Coven Diviners are witches located in Waycrest Manor.

Abilities

Consume Fragments - Consumes the fragmented souls of all nearby enemies, increasing the caster's damage done by 5% for each soul consumed.
Fragment Soul - Fragments the target's soul, inflicting 3 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 24 sec.
Soul Bolt - Fires a bolt of crippling energy, inflicting 6355 Shadow damage to the target. Holding the focusing iris increases the damage done by Soul Bolt.
Soul Fetish - Stores the caster's soul in a fetish. Upon death, the soul is released and bonds with a nearby ally, increasing their damage done by 10% and haste by 20%. This effect stacks. Each time the caster's soul jumps to a new ally, a stack is lost.
Warding Candles - Place a series of enchanted candles around the caster, reducing damage taken by 50% for the caster and all their allies within the candles.
