Corwell

Corwell was a small human village in an unknown location. Laith Sha'ol of the Tirisgarde narrowly missed cornering his prey, the renegade Guardian Aegwynn, in the village and began to interrogate the townsfolk, accusing them of conspiring with Aegwynn. Though the townsfolk knew nothing of Aegwynn's whereabouts, Laith's sword,  [Apocalypse], began to taint their minds and infect them with paranoia and suspicion. In a fit of rage, Laith cut down the town elder, which ignited a wave of violence throughout the village in which friends and family turned on each another with bare hands, teeth and anything else that could serve as a weapon. Only Laith walked out of Corwell alive.
