Corporal Nobsy is a gnome found in the Alliance's Nethergarde Keep in the Blasted Lands. He is standing around a table with Sergeant Krolan and Commander Vines.
He survived the assault of the Ironmarch and is found on the Shattershore now known as the Shattered Beachhead along with the Alliance.
