During the second phase of the Deathwing encounter, Deathwing begins to Hemorrhage, creating several Congealing Bloods at a nearby location. The bloods then move towards Deathwing. They only appears during Heroic difficulty.
Abilities
Congealing Blood 
— If a Congealing Blood reaches Deathwing, it heals him for 1% of his maximum health.
