Commander Louis Philips is an elite Forsaken serving the Horde in Alterac Valley. He is posted inside Tower Point. When he is defeated, some Horde guards will stop respawning.
Louis Philips is the brother of Commander Karl Philips, a human. Each wanted the other killed. He is very loyal to the one who turned him into a Forsaken, the Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunner. He also works for the Dark Apothecaries of the Undercity.
