Cohlien Frostweaver is a male gnome frost mage who can be found in Netherstorm and belonged to the Kirin Tor while still alive. He died when Kael'thas' forces attacked Kirin'Var Village.
Frostweaver is one of the four spirits that can be put to rest in the village. When his spirit is killed he drops 
[Cohlien's Cap], which starts a quest.
Abilities
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 6 sec.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Ice Barrier — Instantly shields the caster, absorbing 650 damage. Lasts 30 sec. While the shield holds, spells will not be interrupted.
