Abilities

Wing Buffet — Inflicts 33 damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, knocking them back.

The Sethekk keeping wind serpents around is likely a nod to Sethe, the god they worshiped before the Summoned Old God. From a development perspective, the decision to make Sethe a wind serpent may have come from these Cobalt Serpents.
