Cobalt Basilisks are basilisks located in a cave southeast of Algeth'era in Thaldraszus.
Abilities
Petrifying Glare — Stuns all enemies facing the caster within 50 yards, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec.
Stone Breath — Inflicts 25 Physical damage to all enemies in front of the caster. Reduces the movement speed of all enemies in front of the caster by 30% for 15 sec.
Venomous Bite — Inflicts 4 Nature damage to an enemy every 3 sec for 15 sec.
