Chief Prospector Hondo is a dwarf found deep in the Nethergarde Mines in the Blasted Lands. He is the chief of the mines and believes that being as deep as where he is may cause him illusions. Some of these 'illusions' are moving boxes, which he believes that he is suffocating or the air is filled with poison and checks the canary on a daily bases.
Abilities
Dirt Toss — Blinds the target, causing it to wander confused for up to 2 sec.
Pierce Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 50% for 10 sec.
Throw — Throws your weapon, inflicting 150% weapon damage on the target.
Ticking Time Bomb — Explodes after a few seconds, inflicting Fire damage. Tick-tock.
