Cheetah's Vigor is a conduit for hunters. It drops from the P.O.S.T. Master in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market and the Sun King's Salvation in Castle Nathria.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from 
[60] Strengthen the Bond, 
[60] A Journey Made Together, 
[60] Strengthening the Bond, and 
[60] Strengthening the Bond.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.

[Aspect of the Cheetah] granted by Cheetah's Vigor when using
