Charmed Sailors are humans located in the Wailing Tideway in Tiragarde Sound. They are kept in thrall by the song of the Wailing Sirens—some sirens sing to a single sailor in place, while others lead groups of them around the area. During 
[10-60] Lured and Allured, a small group is held in thrall by Lugeia alongside Flynn Fairwind. Killing the controlling siren frees the sailor(s), causing them to turn friendly, run away, and despawn.
