Chao the Voice is a pandaren warrior Shado-Pan member, who can assist you with Shado-Pan daily quests after completing the quest 
[25-35] The Challenger's Ring: Chao the Voice. According to Master Snowdrift, her title is due to being very boisterous in battle. Her abilities indicate she is an Arms warrior.
Chao can be seen on the Timeless Isle, overlooking the Celestial Court.

Abilities
Chao the Voice uses the following abilities while assisting you with Shado-Pan daily quests.
- Avatar
Battle Shout — Increases the attack power of nearby friendly targets for 15 sec.
Battle Stance — Assumes a balanced combat stance that generates rage when the warrior is hit, as well as when the warrior strikes an opponent. Lasts until canceled.
Bladestorm — Instantly Whirlwind all nearby targets and for the next 6 sec you will perform a whirlwind attack every 1 sec. While under the effects of Bladestorm, you can move but cannot perform any other abilities.
Bladestorm — In a whirlwind of steel you attack all enemies within melee range, causing 50% weapon damage to each enemy.- Commanding Shout

Heroic Leap — Leap through the air and slam down on all enemies within 8 yards of the target area, causing (23.5% of Attack power)% weapon damage and stunning them for 2 sec.
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 100% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 25% for 5 sec.
Slam — Slams the opponent, causing weapon damage plus an additional amount.
Thunderclap — Inflicts Nature damage to nearby enemies, increasing the time between their attacks by 33% and slowing their movement speed for 6 sec.
