Since he has a green skin, it is likely that he was a member of the True Horde and joined with the Iron Horde when they began their invasion. Or he could be a part of Okril'lon Hold and switched sides during the attack. The fact that he is wearing what looks like a Kor'kron or Warsong clan tabard suggests that he is indeed a true Garrosh loyalist.
