Challenger's Burden is a debuff given during a Mythic+ run which shaves 5 seconds from the timer as a penalty whenever any player dies.
Other text may appear in the tooltip if the following affixes are present:
[Grievous] - "Grievous Wounds inflicted while below 90% health."
[Quaking] - "Shockwaves sometimes erupt from all players."
[Storming] - "Thunderstorms sometimes occur during combat."
[Skittish] - "Threat generation significantly reduced."
