The Ceremonial Dragonflayer Harpoons just north of Valgarde in Wyrmskull Village were used by the vrykul to impale Valgarde Scouts as a warning to the Alliance.
Objective of
Players need to dislodge the harpoons from the scouts for the quest 
[10-30] Rescuing the Rescuers.
