Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Partially redesigned.
Previous effect: While in Bear Form, you take 10% less damage from spells and receive 20% increased healing.

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 37 honor talent).
Hotfix (2017-07-24): Now grants 10% spell damage reduction (was 20%).
