Category talk:Doctors
Since doctor redirects to first aid, this category should either only contain medical doctors or not exist. It currently contains witch doctors, medical doctors, doctors of Philosophy, "mad" doctors, and some others.... basically anyone with the word doctor in their name. - I think I weeded out all the non-medical doctors... if the category stays. (Sssss/Slithered) 21:55, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
- Why do we limit "Doctor" to the medical ones? Can't we have a proper "Doctor" article, not a redirect link? That might be deserved.

- Expanded the Doctor article. Maybe the science doctors could get their cats back?

- Well, I my thing was that witch doctors already have a cat, and were also being thrown into the doctors cat... basically anything with the word doctor was being thrown in. While I rather not get specific cats for the types of doctors in existence I'm not sure about merging them either. When you think of Doctor you think of people that aid you, heal you, physically... which is why I did what I did. (Sssss/Slithered) 00:39, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
- If this category is one for medical doctors, what's Doctor Theolen Krastinov still doing there, it doesn't require medical degree to maim people. TherasTaneel (talk) 00:48, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
Yo. So after a few years I noticed this category, and I decided it was time to update it. IMO we should have a category for all medical practitioners, including nurses, medics, doctors, basically anyone who heals with bandages, surgery and technology (ex: medi-beam) besides healing magic. But maybe "doctor" isn't the most appropriate term? I'm not a native english speak. Maybe "medic" would be more appropriate? Xporc (talk) 07:25, 28 June 2017 (UTC)
