Captured Trapper, revealed to be Sasha, is a human quest giver located in Grizzly Hills. [21.9, 30.0] She tells Alliance adventurers that they shouldn't trust the people of Silverbrook and sends them to speak with the Caged Prisoner so they may learn the truth about the denizens of the town.
Meanwhile Horde adventurers at the behest of Gorgonna offers her a 
[Letter of Amnesty] and then follows her to discover who is leading the trappers in the region.
