The Caged Prisoner is a human quest giver trapped in a cage in Silverbrook in Grizzly Hills. He reveals to Alliance adventurers that the town of Silverbrook is under control of worgen from Arugal's Wolfcult. After the player releases him from his cage during 
[15-30] Escape from Silverbrook, his name changes to Freed Alliance Scout and he rides with the player back to Amberpine Lodge.
