Captured Scarlet Zealot could be found in the basement of the Gallows' End Tavern in Tirisfal Glades. There, Renee Lauer retold her story to the zealot but he did not like the story and he called her a traitor.

After the Cataclysm, he was relocated to Calston Estate. After giving him the  [Laced Pumpkin], he turns into a ghoul and dies shortly after.
