Captured Northwatch Scouts are humans located in the Den in Valley of Trials. They were caught by orcs and put in cages. If released, they will attack.
Some of their comrades are still free and roaming.
As of the end of the Fourth War, the imprisoned scouts are still present and were seen by Zekhan at some point.[1]
