Captain Zalkran is a Zandalari naval officer who commanded the flagship Gral's Call during the Fourth War. He was eventually taken prisoner by Alliance forces in Zuldazar and sent to the Stormwind Stockades.
History
Captain Zalkran and his crew on board Gral's Call may have served in Pandaria with other forces of the Zandalari Empire, before eventually returning to Zandalar at the time of the Fourth War.[1] Upon arriving along Zuldazar's southern coast, they discovered a hidden Alliance base in the ruins of Xibala. As a force of Dark Iron Grenadiers led by High Commander Halford Wyrmbane boarded the vessel, Zalkran himself attempted to flee to report the enemy to his superiors on the mainland.[2]
Zalkran's advisor, Ko'jan, was eventually killed holding off the Alliance to cover the captain's escape, along with the entire crew. Despite this, Zalkran was captured in his flight by Shandris Feathermoon and Falstad Wildhammer. Wyrmbane subsequently ordered Zalkran to be sent to Stormwind City as a prisoner of war.[3]
